They’re prepared and served from our food truck at your location. Our famous Toasty Cheese Mobile Eatery will delight your guests, employees, friends and neighbors with our selection of gourmet versions of a classic sandwich. Don’t forget to try the cheese curds too!
BBQ Bad Boy
We serve some of the very best BBQ in the area- straight to your event – specializing in traditional, Kansas City-style BBQ with a Mexican flare. Our BBQ food truck menu also features favorites like pulled pork and brisket sandwiches along with sides like cheese fries with pork, Borracho baked beans and cilantro lime cole slaw.
AJ Kaps
Your next event will be a sure smash hit with a food truck serving up our excellent smash burgers – a quarter-pound, juicy double patty with American cheese, tomato, lettuce and pickle topped with our own Kapsauce on a fresh potato bun.
